磷石膏强度改性研究

摘    要:建筑石膏强度普遍较低.一个重要原因是实际拌和用水量远远大于理论水化需水量,导致硬化体孔隙率增加,强度下降。本文通过研究不同种类的减水剂对磷石膏的浆体流变性和硬化体强度的影响,选择适合磷石膏体系的减水剂,并通过水硬性胶凝材料的协同作用有效地改善了磷石膏的强度。

Study on modification ofphosphogypsum strength
Abstract:Gypsum generally exhibit lower strength.One important reason lies in that the actual mixing water amount is highly beyond its demanded hydration water amount which result in the increased porosity and the decreased strength of finally hardened phosphogypsum.We found the suitable system of water-reducing agent of phosphogypsum by studying the fluidity of phosphogypsum slurry contain different types of superphsticizer and the strength of finally hardened phosphogypsum.At the same time we found that the strength ofphosphogypsum can be effectively improved through the cooperative effect of hydraulic cementing materials.
