纤维膜脱硫技术在汽油精制装置中的应用

陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司榆林炼油厂联合二车间催化裂化旧汽油脱硫醇装置由于加工量小不能满足生产,于2007年新建一套汽油脱硫醇装置,处理量为45 t/h。该装置引进美国Merichem公司金属纤维膜接触器脱硫技术。针对该装置开工后运行过程中出现的脱后汽油质量不合格,碱液循环周期短以及解决方法等问题进行了总结分析。
