摘    要:这一讲介绍了浓缩磷酸用管式反应器-转鼓造粒技术生产MAP、DAP及NPK肥料的流程,它们是SA Cros中和槽-管式反应器混合流程、ERT-ESPINDESA单反应管流程及AZF双反应管流程.同时还介绍了Minifos加压氨化生产粉状MAP及Norsk Hydro加压氮化生产粒状DAP流程.

Abstract:This lesson expounds the use of concentrated phosphoric acid in pipe reactor slurry granulation technology to produce MAP, DAP and NPK fertilizer, namely SA Cros preneutralizerpipe reactor mixed scheme, ERTESPINDESA single pipe reactor process and AZF dual pipe reactor process. At the same time, the Minifos pressure reactor scheme producing powdery MAP and Norsk Hydro pressure reactor scheme producing granular DAP are also introduced.
