氧气射流对电炉熔池搅拌的研究

摘    要:根据新冶钢四炼钢8号电弧炉实际冶炼工况,建立了用于模拟计算的模型。采用数值计算方法对炼钢电弧炉内氧气和钢液的流动状况进行了数值模拟。分析模拟结果可得出如下结论:氧气经过拉瓦尔管后,最大速度671 m/s,吨钢比搅拌功率为6 507 W/t;氧气射流在流动过程中速度不断衰减,熔池表面处氧气的最大速度约121 m/s,比搅拌功率为1 799 W/t;炉内钢液受氧气射流搅拌后具有的比搅拌功率50 W/t;若取拉瓦尔管入口处氧气比搅拌的功率为100,则拉瓦尔管出口处氧气、熔池表面处氧气和炉内钢液具有的比搅拌功率分别71.70、19.82和0.55。

Abstract:According to the actual steelmaking working position of No. 8 EAF in XINYEGANG Co. Ltd, a model used for numerical simulation was established. The oxygen and steel' s flow status in steelmaking EAF was studied by numerical simulation. The results showed some inclusions as follows. The max oxygen' s velocity is 671 m/s in Laval tube' s outlet and it' s weakened in the flowing process until about 121 m/s on the molten surface, The oxygen' s power density is 6507 W/t in Laval tube' s outlet and 1799 W/t on the molten surface and the steel' s stirring power density is 50 W/t. If the oxygen' s power density in Laval tube' s inlet is assumed to be 100, the oxygen' s power density will be 71.70 at Laval tube' s outlet and 19.82 on the molten surface respectively, while the steel' s stirring power density will be 0.55.
