中俄能源合作环境分析与对策建议

With constantly increase of energy external dependency, China is adopting strategy of energy imports diversification and cooperation with Russia is an important component. Russia is the safest source of energy imports. However, the external environment for Sino -Russia energy cooperation is rather complicated. With advantages and disadvantages, advices on Sino-Russia cooperation are put forward. Harmonious development of Sino -Russia cooperation has important significances for securing China's economy safety and reducing energy risks caused by political factors.
