摘    要:以含有50%以上杂质的钢厂电炉烟尘为原料,通过对原料的主要成分、含量及烟尘的粒度分布的宏观分析和对产品的X-光衍射谱图及其电镜的微观分析,研究了烟尘的结构和物化性质。在采用了物理和化学联合筛选的方法后,有效地清除了其中所含的杂质,并且通过高温煅烧变相,获得了纯度达99.5%的Fe2O3氧化铁红产品,并经过改良,有效地把SiO2的质量分数控制在0.1%以下,最终得到了高品位的氧化铁红产品。对实验过程、酸浓度、滴定速度和pH值等对实验的影响进行了考察,得出了合理的工艺条件为溶解烟尘的c(H2SO4)=3.5mol·L-1;中和滴定终点的pH值为3.2~3.3;中间停顿时间为10min;最后在600~700℃高温下煅烧1.5~2.5h。

Abstract:Using smoke dust of electric furnace steel making as raw material, the structure and physical and chemical characters of smoke dust were studied by microscopic and microscopic analysis. The method to sift through combining physics and chemistry was used, and the foreign matters were eliminated efficiently. Through the phase shift of high temperature calcination, iron oxide red which contained 99.5 % and 0.1 % SiO_2 was obtained. At the same time, the factors which affected the experiment, such as the density of acid, the velocity of titration and pH value and so on, were investigated, and the ideal experimental data was got in the experimental process.
