沈阳市养老机构自理老年人冬季生活行为分析及空间优化研究

文章应用定点拍摄及24h活动日志问卷调查的方法,于2015年1月25日及26日两日对沈阳市某养老院中自理老年人的室内活动状况进行调研。通过对老年人活动类型的整理及各空间类型承载的活动内容及活动时间进行分析,总结出沈阳市自理老年人的冬季活动特征与空间的相互作用关系、空间使用频率随时间的变化规律,并以此为依据提出养老机构室内空间的设计使用改进建议。

Behavior Analysis of Independent Living Elders in Winter and Space Optimization in Senior Living Facilities in Shenyang

By using fixed point photography techniques and a questionnaire survey of 24-hour activities, this article conducted a site investigation of indoor activities of the independent living elders in a nursing home in Shenyang on January 25 and 26th, 2015. This article categorized the activity types of the elders and their related space types, analyzed their activity schedules, revealed the relationship between winter activity patterns and their related spaces, and summarized the changing pattern of the using frequency of these spaces. Based on the conclusions above, this article also made suggestions to improve the indoor space design for senior living facilities.
