摘    要:通过对绿色建筑本质意义的阐述和技术在实用艺术品中的作用,揭示了技术与艺术矛盾统一及其在建筑中的促进与制约关系规律。尝试对绿色建筑的发展过程进行预测,将其分为四个阶段,并对每个阶段的特点做了阐述,粗线条的描述了绿色建筑发展的轨迹。指出绿色建筑在走向自由之路的同时,伴随着一系列技术的成熟,必然要与艺术融合,自觉而艺术地表现技术。论文最后对建筑全寿命周期的评价进行了分析,对绿色建筑的局限性和发展完善的方面做了探索,指出健康舒适是绿色建筑技术发展的伦理指南,加上智能化技术会使绿色建筑技术更趋完善。

Abstract:Based on the interpretation of the essence of green buildings and the application of technologies in practical art, this article reveals the contradictory and unified relationship between art and technologies and their both restrictive and promoting roles in architecture. This article tries to predict the development of green buildings by dividing it into four stages, and describes each stage with its characteristics and limitations. This article also broadly describes the future development of green buildings, pointing out that with the maturity of relevant technologies and in the way to freedom, green building design has to not only integrate art, but also self-consciously present technologies artistically. This article finally analyzes the life cycle evaluation of buildings, explores their limitations and further improvement, points out that health and comfort is the ethical compass of green building technology development, and suggests that intelligent technologies will further improve green building technologies.
