摘    要:介绍了一种用于激发与检测超声波的电容式换能器,并详细论述了这种非接触换能器的原理。将电介质薄膜置于试样与换能器之间,即提高了发射与接收效率,同时又保持了它的非接触特点。

Abstract:We describe a capacitance transducer for use as generator and detector of acoustic waves. The principles of the noncontact transducer are discussed in particular. A dielectric film is sandwiched between the sample surface and the inner electrodes of the transducer, that increases the sensitivity of detection and the intensity of generation, but maintains the noncontact conditions.
