摘    要:在NH4Cl-H2O-CH3COCH3体系中,以铁为还原剂,4-羟基-3,5-二溴硝基苯转化成4-羟基-3,5-二溴苯胺的产率达97.2%;采用正交试验,探索了反应的最佳条件:反应物与NH4Cl的摩尔比为1:2,H2O-CH3COCH3的体积比为1:1,反应时间为6h。实验证明该方法也可用于其他硝基化合物的还原,并且不会导致C-Br的还原,该方法尤其适合于硝基化合物及其对应的胺都不溶于水的情况。

Abstract:In NH4Cl-H2O-CH3COCH3-Fe system,3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxynitrobenzene could convert to 3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxyaniline nearly in quantity(yield of 97.2%).The optimum reaction conditions were given by orthogonal test as follows: the ratio of nnitro compound to nNH4Cl was 1:2,the ratio of Vwater to Vacetone was 1:1,and the reaction time was 6h.Several other nitro compounds were worked up in NH4Cl-H2O-CH3COCH3-Fe system and gave the target amines in high yield,which indicated that the reduction system had wide structural tolerance for nitro compound and did not lead to the reduction of C-Br.This method was especially used for the reduction of the nitro compounds(including its product) with poor solubility in water.
