| Abstract: | A new fiber optic current sensor based on a magnetostrictive material tube and a fiber optic Bragg grating is suggested.This new sensor has a good linear response and the effect of the material hysteresis on the sensing characteristics is not observed in our experiment. The sensitivity about the wavelength shift to the bus current is 0.000?74?nm/A. |
