卷取炉卷简失效的原因分析与修复

摘    要:分析了昆钢高额进口的卷取炉卷筒在880~980℃高温环境下运行、在很短使用周期内卷筒表面产生大面积裂纹而失效的原因,介绍了采用合金焊接材料强化卷筒表面的修复方案和修复后的使用效果。

Abstract:After the coiling furnace drum at the entry and exit of the mill running a short time under the high temperature of 880-890℃, a large area of cracks occurred on the drum surface. Analyze the failure reasons, and introduce the repairing welding material and the using effects.
