| Abstract: | Through analyzing the cause of longer repairing time for the oxygen lance, found out that the new technology of nitrogen blow water can solve this tough problem. After the full implementation in 2D and 3D, obvious effects have been achieved. The repairing time of oxygen lance is greatly shortened, and the service life of oxygen lance is prolonged to ensure a smooth steelmaking production. |
