摘    要:我国自80年代以来借鉴国外经验开始研究用爆炸法消除中厚板的焊接残余应力,该方法已于1986年通过中国科学院鉴定,在大型球罐上的应用,在水电站压力钢管也有少量应用,经慎重地通过室内与原型试验后,在清江隔河岸工程大型钢管上的大规模采用,实践证明,技术上是成功的,为大型钢管消除焊接残余与应力,提供了有工程实例。

Abstract:Blasting technique of eliminating the residual stresses in medium or thick welded steel plate, developed by Chinese engineers with reference to relevant foreign experience in 1980s,is a new method of eliminating the residual stresses caused by welding. Through identification, this technique was accepted by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1986. The technique has been applied to some large spherical containers and a few power penstocks for eliminating the residual stresses in them. After relevant tests had been carefully carried out in laboratory and at site, the technique was used in large scale to eliminate the residual stresses in welded penstocks of Geheyan Project. Results show that this work was successful in technology, which provides similar projects with a valuable engineering case for eliminating the residual stresses in large welded penstocks.
