| 摘 要： | 广西已建水闸 2 2 32座 ,其中大、中型水闸 95座。这些工程以防洪 (潮 )、除涝、灌溉为主 ,部分工程兼供水、发电、航运等综合效益 ,为保障和促进广西社会经济发展起到极其重要的作用。长期以来 ,由于“重建轻管” ,工程年久失修 ,老化病险情况严重。剖析了广西水闸病险现状 ,提出除险对策 ,以利于病险水闸除险工作的开展 ,并提出通过建立健全工程安全检查、鉴定和岁修制等措施 ,切实加强工程维护管理 ,控制和降低水闸工程“病险率”。

| Abstract: | There are 2232 sluice projects in Guangxi and they play important role in flood prevention, irrigation, water supply, etc. But most of those projects are sick and dangerous. In view of the existing situation of Guangxi, the eliminating dangers methods and management countermeasures are expounded here to decrease sick_dangerous sluice ratio. |
