夏热冬冷地区冬季供暖方式的选择

摘    要:对夏热冬冷地区非供暖居住建筑冬季室内环境参数进行了实测,结果表明这类建筑冬季室内约80%的时间达不到人体健康要求的最低温度,明显具有不同于集中供暖地区建筑的室内热环境特征,且房间气密性和朝向对室内温度影响较小。分析了不同气密性房间供暖能耗的构成和不同供暖方式的节能效果,指出房间气密性是夏热冬冷地区选择供暖方式和设备的主要依据。

Abstract:Measures the indoor environment parameters of non-heating residential buildings in winter. The results show that in about 80% of time the indoor air temperature is lower than the minimum-limit value required for occupants' health, the indoor thermal environment in such zones is obviously different from that in central heating zones, and the effects of air tightness and orientation of the rooms are negligible. Analyses the composition of heating energy consumption in the rooms with different air tightness and energy efficiency of different heating modes, and points out that the air tightness of the room is the main factor for the selection of heating mode and heating equipments in hot-summer and cold-winter zones.
