基于Pro/E的手动电池前盖成型模具设计

摘    要:介绍了手动电池前盖开关盒注塑模具的设计过程及模具的开模仿真与装配的具体过程,着重讲述模具的成型零件设计。利用Pro/E自带的模型分析功能对手动电池前盖模具进行了注塑成型工艺分析,并最终得到该零件的三维工程图,体现了Pro/E软件在模具设计中的优越性。

Abstract:The design procedure of the injection mold for the manual battery front cover and the simulation process of mold closing and opening were introduced, special attention was paid on the design of the mold's forming parts. The injection process of the mold was analyzed with Pro/E software, and the 3D drawing of this part was obtained finally. This example shows the advantage of Pro/E in mold design.
