硬质合金金刚石涂层的附着性能

摘    要:将表面低Co含量(Co含量≈0.38wt%)的硬质合金基体在微波等离子体化学气相沉积装置中进行金刚石涂层,用扫描电镜(SEM)对金刚石涂层进行形貌分析,用EDAX确定硬质合金表面Co的含量,用压痕法和划痕法评价金刚石涂层与基体间的附着性。研究结果表明:不同厚度的金刚石涂层均具有良好的晶型。虽然涂层厚度增加,但是基体表面Co含量较少,是形成涂层/基体附着性能良好的主要原因,6μm的金刚石涂层具有较好附着性能。

Abstract:Diamond coatings deposited with different thickness were synthesized on Co-deficient (Co content is about 0.38%) WC-Co substrates using microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) equipment without special pretreatment. SEM was used to analyze morphology of the diamond coatings and Co content was also measured by EDAX. Rockwell-indentation test and scratch test were used to evaluate the adhesion of the diamond coatings to the substrates. The results show that the coatings synthesized with different thickness are all of ideal diamond structure with perfect grains and good adhesion, among which the coating about 6 μm shows better adhesion. Lower Co content of substrate surface leads to good adhesion between the coating and the substrate.
