| 摘 要： | 对BZQ3390矿用自卸车驱动桥的轮边减速器进行设计。主要对BZQ3390矿用自卸车驱动桥轮边减速器的齿轮设计进行了设计计算,并校核了轮边减速器的太阳轮、行星齿轮的弯曲强度和齿面接触疲劳强度,为矿用自卸车驱动桥的轮边减速器国产化提供了参考。

| Abstract: | Wheel hub reducer for dump truck was designed.Aims at designing and calculating the parameters of the final drive for wheel hub reducer based on dump truck which can load BZQ3390 dump truck.At the same time,checked sun wheel and planetary wheel the bending and contact fatigue stress of the spiral bevel driving gear and driven gear.References were supplyed to manufacture the tandem wheel hub reducer of dump truck in our country. |
