| 摘 要： | 介绍了近年来送配电带电作业在技术理论、工器具、标准制定、作业方式等方面的现状和发展，针对带电作业安全距离、绝缘工具、保护间隙等关系安全作业的重要因素进行了分析和研究，并对配电线路带电作业的安全防护及作业方式进行了分析讨论。
