摘    要:葛洲坝水电厂水下金属结构有弧形钢闸门,各类平板工作闸门,检修闸门和拦污栅。闸坝机械设备有门式起重机 16台,大江、二江和三江弧门启闭机共54台,厂房桥机等。金属结构安装7.5万 t,总防腐面积达45万多m2。水工钢结构防腐是水电厂面临的工程技术难题,葛洲坝水力发电厂经过20年对水工钢结构防腐技术的探索和试验,收到较好的效果,并积累了大量实践经验。

Abstract:The under water metal structures at the Gezhouba hydropower plant include radial gates, plain gates, emergency gates and trash racks. The mechanical equipment includes 16 sets of gantry cranes, 54 pieces of hoists for radial gates at the dam and all bridge cranes in the powerhouses. The metal structures and installation are up to 75 000 t and a total area of up to 450 000 m2 shall be anti-erosion protected. The anti-erosion for the hydraulic steel structures has been a difficult challenge facing a hydropower plant. The Gezhouba plant has accumulated vast practical experience through extensive approaches and tests on anti-erosion of hydraulic steel structures for 20 years.
