柴油机微粒过滤器滤芯结构设计

摘    要:本文设计了两种内部有曲折气流通道的柴油机排气微粒过滤器滤芯结构,并进行了柴油机台架实验。结果表明:改进过滤器滤芯的几何结构可以大大降低过滤器的排气背压,减小过滤器对发动机输出功率的影响,改善微粒在滤芯内部分布的均匀性,提高滤芯的有效过滤体积。

Abstract:Two types of filter element structure with devious gas channels for particulates filtration from diesel exhaust were designed.The experiment for filtration efficiency and exhaust backpressure of filter was conducted.The experimental results show that improving the filter geometry structure could reduce exhaust backpressure significantly,decrease the influence of filter on the output power of diesel engine,improve the distribution of particles in the filter element,and increase the effective filtration volume of the filter.
