摘    要:针对PCD刀具的金刚石层易石墨化、硬质合金基底难以被钎料润湿的缺陷 ,通过钎焊试验 ,分析了温度、钎料和钎剂对PCD刀具焊接性能的影响 ,提出了PCD与硬质合金或碳钢对接时母材与钎料、钎剂的优化搭配方案

Abstract:Against the shortages such as the diamond layer of PCD tool graphitised easily and the base of hard alloy layer wetted difficultly, the influences of the temperature, brazing alloy and soldering acid in hi-frequency induction brazing welding on welding performance of PCD cutter are analyzed by brazing experiments. The optimized scheme about the base metal matching with brazing alloy and soldering acid while PCD welded with hard alloy or carbon steel is presented.
