高分辨率磁性编码器的磁鼓研究

摘    要:高分辨率的磁性编码器离不开高密度比特磁鼓.研究了西32mm、产生800对磁极、分辨率为1600 bit的磁鼓,磁记录媒质性能的不同对信号波形幅值大小有较大影响,采用超细NdFeB磁粉,获得的信号幅值最高.磁信号录入的不均匀会引起波形畸变,从而导致输出信号重复性差,不利于采用细分技术提高磁编码器的分辨率.对如何解决信号重复性差的问题进行了研究:(1)就一次性写码方法而言,应改进写码器的精度,即磁极加工精度,而单码写入方法则要提高步进精度;(2)改善粘接工艺,提高材料致密度。

Abstract:Drum of high bit density is a key factor for making magnetic rotary encoder of high resolution. It is found that the property of different magnetic materials has a greater influence on the amplitude of the signal when the drum of 800 double poles with diameter 32 mm. If the magnetic pulse signal recorded on the drum is not distributed equally, it will bring about distortion of the signal wave, and leads to disadvantage for improving the resolution of the magnetic rotary encoder by fine dividing circuit of the phase. The problems of signal cycle not in uniform must be solved and the methods are discussed . First, as far as the method of codes written at one time is concerned, the accuracy of recording code or magnetic pole is improved, and then the accuracy is improved step by step for single code recording. Second, the density is enhanced by improving powder particle size of magnetism material and distribute proportion.
