基于模糊PID的低压铸造液面加压控制系统设计

摘    要:液面加压控制是保证低压铸造质量的关键。针对传统的PID液面加压系统存在压力波动大且压力曲线重复性差等缺点,提出基于模糊自适应PID的液面加压控制系统,阐述模糊PID控制器的设计方法,介绍基于PLC的该加压系统的软硬件实现方法。该系统在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The fluid surface forcing control is the key factor for ensuring the quality of low pressure die casting.According to such problems as pressure fluctuations and poor reproducibility of pressure curve of the conventional PID control system,the fluid surface forcing control system based on Fuzzy PID was put forward.The design method of Fuzzy PID controller was analyzed.The realization methods of the software and the hardware based on PLC were expounded.This system has good effect in practice.
