摘    要:为了在协同产品开发过程仿真中体现设计者的主动性、自治性和协同性,提出一种以设计者智能主体为核心的集成过程仿真模型。对集成模型的设计者智能主体模型、任务、产品信息、资源和组织分模型进行了定义和描述,并对设计主体的行为协议进行了系统研究。基于主体模型开发了一个产品开发过程仿真平台,实现面向设计者的可视化建模与仿真功能,并通过仿真试验和应用实践验证了所提出的集成仿真模型的有效性,在某摩托车发动机的协同设计项目中进行了实际应用。面向设计者的仿真为协同产品开发过程中人与组织因素的分析提供了一种量化和动态的研究方法。

Abstract:In order to reflect the initiative, autonomous and collaborative characteristics of the designer in collaborative product development process simulation, an integrated simulation model is formulated centered on the designer’s intelligent agent model. Sub-models of designer, task, product information, resource and organization are defined and described. The designer’s behavior protocols of the intelligent agent model are studies systematically. Thereafter, a product development process simulation platform is developed based on the agent model, which realizes visual designer-oriented modeling and simulation functions. A series of simulation experiments are carried out to validate the integrated simulation model. Finally, the model is applied to a motorcycle collaborative design project to optimize the organization factors. Designer-oriented simulation provides a quantitative and dynamic method to analyze human and organization factors in collaborative product development process.
