摘    要:介绍了针对在煤矿灭火注浆过程中注浆管道泄漏故障而研制的1套计算机远程实时监测系统。该系统以地面注浆站向井下注浆的总流量和注浆密度与井下各注浆点监测的流量、密度作比较的方法,判断注浆管路系统是否泄露。文章主要论述了系统的硬件结构与软件实现方法,系统具有集中打印各注浆点流量、密度、时间段总流量和数据记录查询等功能。

Abstract:Introduce a suit of computer remote real time monitor system,which is developed for the malfunction of slurry ejection pipeline in the process of slurry ejection and fire fighting in coal mine.This system judges whether the pipeline for slurry ejection leaks by comparing the total flux of slurry ejected from station on the ground to the well underground and the density of slurry ejection with the flux and density of each slurry ejection spot monitored underground.This thesis mainly discusses the hardware structure and the software realization of this system.This system has the function of printing flux,density of each slurry ejection spot and the total flux for some time,recording,seeking data,etc.
