管内电缆导体仿真设计算法模型研究

摘    要:现代超导聚变装置上的管内电缆导体(cable-in-conduit conductor,CICC)运行在大电流和快速变化电磁场中。导体的合理设计是其能否稳定运行的关键。工程上CICC的设计是一个多次尝试和优化的复杂烦琐过程。该文根据Stekly参数和空间电流密度,提出基于稳定性和交流损耗的新的导体设计思想,推导了关于CICC结构参数矩阵方程,建立了导体数值仿真设计模型,同时进行了导体的模拟设计。并将仿真设计结构与工程设计情况进行比较和分析,结果证明二者吻合较好,且该方法能减轻工作量和缩短设计周期。

Abstract:Cable-in-conduit conductor (CICC) that selected as the superconducting conductor in modern fusion device runs in the field of high current and rapid changing electromagnetism. To rationally design the conductor is a key for its steady operating. However, in engineering the design of the CICC is a try and optimization complicated process. According to the Stekly parameter and space current density, the paper presents a novel thought of the simulation design based on stability and AC losses, in which the matrix equation of design for CICC configuration is deduced and the model of the simulation is built. The results show that the performance of simulation design not only is consistent with that of engineering, but also can relieve load and shorten cycle of design.
