摘    要:针对传动误差的测量与控制,提出了一种新型硬件、软件系统。以工控机、自行研制的测量控制接口卡为硬件基础,研制出光栅细分辨向电路,软件行程开关,在Windows平台下实现了实时测控。经试验表明,这个系统能对传动误差的高速数据采集、处理、复杂控制策略的实现提供应用基础。

Abstract:A new hardware and software system is proposed for transmission error measurement and control. This system is based on IPC, self-developed measuring and controlling interface board. Subdividing and direction identifying circuit for grating signal and a software distance switch is completed, and real-time control on Windows platform is realized. Experimental results show that the system can be used to carry out high-speed data acquisition, processing and implementation of complicated control strategy for transmission error.
