| Abstract: | Communication is an international general profession and discipline. It should be in line with international standards as soon as possible. Bilingual teaching carried out in communications curriculum is communications engineering personnel training trends and necessary means. The proposal and implementation of bilingual education is a real change to traditional education system, and is the establishment of a new important initiatives of science education goal. |
