摘    要:针对PCR扩增芯片中微加热器的传热问题进行有限元分析,用计算机模拟了不同形状微加热器的温度分布,通过对比分析,得出了提高温度分布均匀性的加热器结构和布置规律;根据分析结果,设计出双螺旋环形微加热器,这种结构能在一定范围内提供均匀的温度分布,为完成高质量的片上PCR扩增提供所需的温度环境;同时该结构还能有效减小微加热器本身的自感效应,提高加热效率.

Abstract:Heat transfer between the PCR reactor and micro-heater on chip is studied using finite element method. Computer simulation is applied to analysis temperature distribution of micro-heaters with different shapes. Heater structure to enhance uniform temperature distribution and placement rule is elicited through comparative analysis. A micro-heater with dual-helix annular structure is devised according to analytical results. This kind of structure is capable of supplying a uniform temperature distribution with certain scope, thus providing required thermal environment for high quality on-chip PCR expansion. Meanwhile, it can also effectively reduce self inductance effect of the micro-heater and improve the heating efficiency.
