汽车车身部件CAD/CAE集成技术研究

摘    要:介绍了一种将汽车车身部件CAD实体模型转化为曲面模型,再变换为有限元分析模型的方法和模型的简化方法。结合汽车保险杠总成实例进行了分析,将分析得到的固有频率与通过模态试验所得到的固有频率进行比较,证明用所提出的CAD/CAE集成技术对汽车保险杠进行动力学分析,既有较高的分析精度,又能大大提高设计效率。

Abstract:This paper introduced a simple method of transforming the CAD solid model of the car body into surface model, and then transforming it into finite element model. The process of model transformation and dynamic analysis of the car bumper was performed. Compared with the results of natural frequency obtained from analysis and from tests, the conclusions showed that with the help of CAD/CAE integrated technique putted forward in this paper, it has either high precision in analysis or high efficiency in dynamic analysis design of the car body.
