水泥砂浆塑性收缩开裂的三元本构方程研究

摘    要:分别测试了不同灰砂比或聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维掺量、环境温度和湿度下水泥砂浆的塑性抗拉强度和塑性毛细管收缩应力,并对实验结果进行了三元线性回归分析.结果表明:灰砂比和聚乙烯醇纤维掺量对塑性抗拉强度以及塑性毛细管收缩应力的线性影响基本显著,而环境温度和湿度的影响则不显著.建立了抗裂指数关于灰砂比环境温度和湿度的三元本构方程及抗裂指数关于聚乙烯醇纤维掺量、环境温度和湿度的三元本构方程.经检验,上述两方程的计算结果与实验结果均相吻合.

Abstract:Plastic tensile strength and plastic shrinkage capillary stress of cement mortar in different cement-sand ratio or PVA fiber dosage,temperature and humidity were investigated.The results were analyzed by the method of three-elements linear regression.The results show that the linear effects of cement-sand ratio and PVA fiber dosage on plastic tensile strength and plastic shrinkage capillary stress are notable,but temperature and humidity aren't notable.The three-elements constitutive equation of cracking in...
