加速度计横向灵敏度测试方法研究

以加速度计为核心的惯性装置,广泛应用于常规武器飞行参数的测试系统中。随着惯性技术的发展,对惯性装置中加速度计的测试精度要求也越来越高。加速度计的横向输出是影响测试精度的一个重要因素。本文以某型号硅微压阻式加速度计为例,介绍了加速度计横向灵敏度的测试方法,分析了测试数据,给出了该型号加速度计横向灵敏度的测试结果。

Research for Testing Transverse Sensitivity of Accelerometers

The inertial equipment using accelerator as a key part has been widely applied in flight parameters test systems of general weapons.Along with the development of inertial technology,the request for test precision of the accelerators in inertial equipment is more and more strict.Transverse output characteristic of accelerators is an important factor affecting the test precision.This paper takes a type of accelerator of silicon micro press resistance as an example to introduce how to test the transverse sensitivity of accelerators.By analyzing test data,the transverse sensitivity of the accelerator is given out.
