| 摘 要： | 本文选择中子散射谱仪蒙特卡罗模拟软件McStas作为研究工具,对中子衍射应力分析谱仪各部件,包括中子导管、单色器、准直系统进行模拟和优化。研究结果可为中子衍射应力分析谱仪建设提供必要的参考数据,对中子衍射应力分析技术的发展有一定促进作用。

| Abstract: | In order to develop a neutron diffractometer for residual stress analysis,the components,i.e.guide,monochromator,collimators are simulated and optimized using Monte-Carlo simulation software McStas in the paper.The results have been proved as essential data that can be the basis for designing the residual stress neutron diffractometer and promoting the development of neutron diffraction technology. |
