激光稳频技术概述

摘    要:激光稳频技术是激光物理学、光谱学和电子学高度结合的产物,是随着激光应用的发展而发展的。目前,气体激光频率稳定性问题,由于它在干涉测量、光谱学、地球物理和计量学领域中的应用,得到了很大的发展。本文概述了影响激光频率的内部和外部因素,并介绍了几种国际国内比较先进的激光稳频技术。

Abstract:Laser steady frequercy technology is the highly combined product of laser physics, spectroscopy and electronics, which developes with the dovelopment of laser application. At plesent, because of its application in the fields of interference measurement, spectroscopy, geophysics and surveying, problem on gas laser frequency steadiness has been largely developed. This article surveys the inter and outer factors of influencing laser frequency, and also introduces several kinds Of more aduanced laser steady frequency technology. both at home and abroad.
