多层U形波纹管轴向刚度及临界载荷的有限元分析

摘    要:研究多层U形波纹管轴向刚度及临界载荷的有限元计算,并与采用工程实际经验公式的计算结果和该波纹管的试验结果作比较。同时考虑波纹管层与层之间的接触条件、波峰到波谷变壁厚以及用单层等效厚度来模拟多层波纹管等不同条件对有限元计算的影响。

Abstract:The finite element analysis(FEA) to the multilayer U shaped bellows' axial stiffness and critical load are studied .The FEA results are compared with the ones calculated by the empirical formulas and the experimental result. In the same time, different conditions which can affect the FEA results, such as the interfaces between layers, wall thickness variation and simulating multilayer bellows by using equivalent thickness of one layer, are considered. It is proved that the results calculated by FEA are more accurate than the ones obtained by the empirical formulas, and accord with the design requirement and the actual status. Wall thickness' asymmetry must be considered in the calculation. The contact elements between layers affect the stiffness rarely but the critical load largely. It is not applicable for the critical load's calculation without the contact elements between layers.
