| 摘 要： | 就厂网分开后，在电力市场环境下，针对水电比重较大的省份或地区提出了水火电分离运作与整体优化的市场模式，具体研究了水火电优化配置方法及其实施方案，并通过具体的数据测算出水、火电优化配置电价．最后对所设计方案的经济效益进行了评估。

| Abstract: | The separate-harmonious market model is established in electricity market after the separation of the network and plant for some provinces with rich hydropower. And the method and scheme of the optimal configuration of hydropower and thermal power is studied and designed concretely. The price of the optimal configuration of the hydropower and the thermal power is reckoned data some practical data. The economic benefit of the scheme is tested in the end. |
