转炉炉身应力的变化规律

摘    要:建立了80t转炉炉身的有限元模型,通过ANSYS软件计算了不同石棉板厚度转炉炉身的温度场及应力场,结果表明,在炉役前期,炉壳表面节点的等效应力随石棉板厚度的增加呈现逐渐上升趋势,当石棉板厚度增加至25mm以后。等效应力在210MPa左右微小波动。不会无限制的增加,炉役后期的等效应力则平缓下降。

Abstract:A finite dement model of shaft section of 80t converter was developed, the converter shell temperature field and stress field can be calculated by means of software ANSYS at different asbestos thickness, the result indicated that, in earlier period of campaign, the converter shall superficial pitch point equivalent stress presents the gradual trend of escalation along with asbestos thickness increase, when asbestos thickness increases to 25mm after, equivalent stress about 210MPa small undulation, cannot the unlimited increase, the later period of campaign equivalent stress then gently drops.
