Shell气化炉合成气冷却器积灰原因及应对策略

摘    要:结合龙宇煤化工有限公司煤气化装置的运行经验,研究了Shell气化炉在运行过程中出现的合成气冷却器积灰的问题;分析了合成气冷却器积灰的原因,实施了相应解决方案。结果表明,煤质是决定合成气冷却器积灰的重要因素,配煤可以有效地解决合成气冷却器的积灰问题。

Abstract:In combination with the running experience in the coal gasification plant of Longyu Coal Chemical Engineering Company Ltd.,author has studied the ash deposition problem of syngas cooler,existing in the running process of Shell gasifier;has analyzed the reason of ash deposition of syngas cooler,has performed the appropriate solution scheme,the result indicates that the important factor for the ash deposition of syngas cooler is determined by the coal quality,the coal formulating can effectively solve the ash...
