Shell气化炉合成气冷却器积灰原因及应对策略

结合龙宇煤化工有限公司煤气化装置的运行经验，研究了Shell气化炉在运行过程中出现的合成气冷却器积灰的问题；分析了合成气冷却器积灰的原因，实施了相应解决方案。结果表明，煤质是决定合成气冷却器积灰的重要因素，配煤可以有效地解决合成气冷却器的积灰问题。
