| 摘 要： | 高校科技企业脱胎于科研课题，本文试图将高校科学企业的发展分为四个时期，并简述了各阶段的特征及其运作方法。指出只有市场需要的高技术才能孕育一个科技企业；只有被市场检验、接受了的充满竞争力的高技术产品才能支撑企业的发展；只有做到管理创新与技术创新不断完善与结合，才能促进企业的发展与壮大。

| Abstract: | College technical enterprise is born from science research tasks.The article divides the development of college technical enterprise into four stages and describes the characters and operations of each stage.Only high technology that satisfies the need of the market can conceive a high technical enterprise;only those high technical products with competition which are checked and accepted by the market can support a enterprise to develop;the continuous creativity and development of the key technique can strengthen the enterprise. |
