摘    要:以双中心模型为基础,研究了连续光条件下近化学计量比LiNbO3:Fe和LiNbO3:Fe:Mn晶体在稳态情况下的非挥发全息存储性能。考虑在深、浅能级中心间所有可能的电子交换过程,从理论上证实在低光强范围内LiNbO3:Fe晶体比LiNbO3:Fe:Mn晶体有着更高的动态范围。
Abstract:
The steady-state nonvolatile holographic recording performance for both naer-stoichiometric LiNbO3:Fe:Mn and LiNbO3:Fe crystals was researched based on the two-center model. When the direct electron transfer between the deep-trap centers and the shallow-trap centers was considered,it is confirmed theoretically that,the LiNbO3:Fe crystal has larger dynamic range than that of the LiNbO3:Fe:Mn in the low intensity region.
