摘    要:采用溶胶–凝胶工艺制备了一种渗流型多铁性BaTiO3/Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4(BT/NZF)复相陶瓷。研究了烧结温度和组成对BT/NZF复相陶瓷的致密化和显微结构形成过程的影响,并研究了复相陶瓷的组成与其性能的变化关系。结果表明:在1200~1300℃范围内不同温度热处理12h,0.1BT/0.9NZF(体积分数)复相陶瓷的介电常数达到14000~31000,远高于纯BT陶瓷的介电常数;磁导率达140,接近于纯NZF陶瓷的磁导率。提高烧结温度有利于陶瓷的密度和介电常数的进一步提高;增加铁氧体含量有利于获得铁氧体晶粒尺寸大和磁导率高的复相陶瓷。

Abstract:The important multiferroic BaTiO3/Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 (BT/NZF) composite ceramics were successfully prepared by the sol-gel method. Influences of sintering temperature and composition on the densification,formation of microstructure of the composite were investigated. The relationship between composition and properties was analyzed. The results indicate that the dielectric constant of the composite ceramics heat-treated at different temperatures from 1 200 to 1 300 ℃ for 12 h are from 14 000 to 31 000 as the NZF volume fraction is 0.9,which are much higher than that of general pure BT ceramic. The initial permeability of the composite is 140,approaching to that of pure NZF. Actually,the higher the sintering temperature and thus the higher the density and dielectric constant of the composite are. Otherwise,the higher NZF phase content in the composite,the lower the effect of the composite law on the properties of the composite and also the larger the grain size of the NZF phase. The higher initial permeability of the composite can be obtained.
