摘    要:通过室内大型模拟试验研究,利用全尺寸井眼出砂模拟试验装置,开展了涩北气田疏松砂岩气藏进行不同防砂方式及不同防砂管参数下的防砂模拟试验,评价了不同防砂方式的优缺点及对该气田的适用性,并对砾石尺寸和充填厚度等参数对防砂效果的影响进行了模拟试验,为优选适合该气田的防砂方式以及优化设计高压充填参数提供了依据。

Abstract:Based on large scale laboratory simulation experiment researches, using full scale borehole sand production simulation experimental device, sand control simulation experiments were carried out in loose sandstone gas reservoirs of the Sebei gas field by different methods of sand control and under different parameters of sand control pipes. In addition, the evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of different sand control methods as well as their practicability for this gas field has been made, meanwhile, simulation experiments of the influence which gravel size and packing thickness have on the sand control effect have been conducted. All of these have provided reference for optimizing the selection of  sand control method and the design of high pressure packing parameters.
