| 摘 要： | 油井打捞作业时，为弥补海上简易修井机提升能力不足，减少频繁大力震击对小平台及设备的振动冲击，推荐一种新型井下液压增力打捞工具用于打捞遇卡的丢手管柱。针对现场出现的问题进行了分析，提出工具改进方案，完善操作规程，提高了落鱼打捞的成功率。

| Abstract: | A new type hydraulic downhole pulling tool was recommended to be used to free the stuck pipe because of injecting polymer gel, which made the simple service rig be good and mitigates the vibration or shake impaction to small scale platform and installation. Several modified plans about the tool were proposed on bases of a few failure analyses. So its operation procedure was improved and the fishing efficiency became higher. |
