| 摘 要： | 地下热水井空间位置分散,收费计量准确性要求高,监控实时性要求强.在阐述GPRS技术特点基础上设计了一种远程监控方案,实现了福州市地下热水和管理系统,该系统的主要功能在于远程抄表和监控,同时还实现了空间决策支持系统.
