摘    要:对一离心风机的在设计工况与变工况时整机内部三维粘性流场的数值模拟,捕捉到了离心风机内部许多重要的流动现象,证实了由于蜗壳的非对称性而导致叶轮与蜗壳的相互作用时会引起整个流场非对称的流动特性,对离心风机内流场的压力等参数的分布及叶片所受激振力的分析结果为探讨影响离心风机效率的原因,改进叶型设计,提高效率,扩大运行工况范围等,提供了重要的理论依据。

Abstract:A numerical simulation is presented to investigate the flow field inside a centrifugal blower. Three runs are made at the design condition and the off-design conditions. All the numerical simulations in this paper are performed with the simultaneous calculations both the whole impeller passages and the volute by "Frozen Rotor Approach". Many flow details inside the blower are obtained, which concludes that the interaction between the impeller and volute induced by the volute's asymmetry can result in many asymmetrical characteristics of the flow field.
