导弾起竖过程的载荷研究

摘    要:基于导弹起竖过程中起竖机构的转动运动函数和转动微分方程,分别建立了该过程中由于重力所产生的系统重力矩计算模型,风向与起竖平面平行的风载荷计算模型,以及起竖油缸作用力的计算模型。考虑到计算模型的非线性和时变性,在Matlab/Simulink中采用变步长的Runge-kutta法对模型进行了仿真计算,得到了起竖角度、风作用力矩、起竖力等参量随时间变化的仿真曲线。通过对仿真曲线进行分析,对机构起竖过程中的转动角度、起竖油缸无杆腔流量、风载荷和起竖力等系统参量的特性有了定量的认识。研究结果可以为起竖液压和控制系统的设计和优化提供参考。

Abstract:The computational models of the gravitational moment for the erection mechanism, the wind .load with the parallel direction to the erection plane, and the erection force of the cylinder, in erection process were set up according to the prescribed rotational motion and the rotational differential equation of the erection mechanism. In view oi the non-linear and time-varying characteristics of the computa?tional models, the models were simulated by Runge-kutta method with variable steps in Matlab/ Simuiink,and the time-varying simulation curves of erection angle, wind moment, erection force and other parameters were obtained graphically. The characteristics of the parameters such as the erection angle, no-rod end flow of the cylinder, wind load, and erection force were studied quantificationally by analyzing the simulation curves. The research conclusions can offer references for design and optimiza?tion of hydraulic and control system of the erection system.
