摘    要:阐述了TR IZ冲突解决原理及其解决流程。根据液压缸活塞密封的问题分析,定义了液压缸活塞密封的物理冲突和技术冲突,基于TR IZ技术矛盾解决矩阵的创新原理和解决物理冲突的分离原理,构思出液压缸活塞密封技术中密封与磨损、双向受压与轴向尺寸限制问题的无妥协解决方案,为具体液压缸活塞密封技术实施提供了典型的密封方式和结构形式。

Abstract:The conflict resolving theories of TRIZ and their algorithm flowcharts were reviewed.The physical conflicts and technical conflicts of hydrodynamic piston reciprocating seal were defined by analyzing the reciprocating seal problems of hydrodynamic piston.The uncompromising solutions to the problems between seal and wear,and scuffing;bidirectional press and axis size restricting were created for hydrodynamic piston reciprocating seal,based on TRIZ technical conflicts resolving matrix,innovative principles and separation principles for solving physical conflicts.The research results are beneficial for special hydrodynamic piston reciprocating seal technologies in selecting correct seal forms and types.
