摘    要:工业酸洗过程中,经常会发生欠酸洗和过酸洗现象,过酸洗会加大酸耗和铁损,影响经济效益;而欠酸洗降低润湿性,影响表面质量,所以速度对于酸洗来说,是一个很重要的因素。文章就钢中元素(C、Mn、P、S和Si)对腐蚀速度的影响作了系统的研究,用失重法测出不同钢种腐蚀速度,并做出元素对腐蚀速度的影响趋势图,对于指导实际生产有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Over pickling and lack pickling always take place in the process of industrial acid pickling. Over pickling raises acid consumption and iron waste , leading to poor economic performance; Lack pickling reduces surface wettability ,leading to bad surface quality. Therefore, corrosion rate is a key factor for pickling .In this paper, the influences of elements (such as carbon,manganese,phosphorus,sulfur and silicon) in steel on corrosion rate are studied systemically. Corrosion rate is measured by weight loss test,and influencing tendency chart of elements on corrosion rate is drawn. And it is an important reference for production.
